THE REVELRY COCKTAIL COMPANY

FINAL MAJOR PROJECT FOR YEAR 3

The Revelry is a company I created that specialises in creating cocktail mixtures that are inspired by UK sweets. The cocktail company is aimed at the ages of 18-30 year olds that enjoy creating cocktails at home with their friends. Due to the pandemic people have spending a lot more time with their friends and loved ones more than ever, meaning spending time with each other is now more important than ever. My cocktail company hopes to bring those together with the Revelry.

THE BRIEF:

The aim of this project was to design a cocktail brand that would be inspired by traditional UK sweets. The brand must be fun and and both reflect the retro element from the flavours of the cocktail as well as creating a brand design that attracts its intended target audience. The cocktails should be designed in a way that would be used as a on the go cocktail, or make at home.

MY APPROACH:

My approach to this design was to create a set of 4 cocktail mixes that could be mixed with an array of different mixers to suit the consumers taste. The 4 flavours I decided to create were sherbet lemon, blue raspberry bon bon, rhubarb & custard and bubble-gum bottles. These bottles are to be sold as part of a set to be posted directly to the consumer. I wanted the design to be fun and bold to suit the name of the company 'The Revelry'.
